Wayne, Fred Shaia, your Audiologist, or our Nurse Practitioner. From the home page of the patient portal click on the word\u00a0<strong>APPOINTMENTS<\/strong>\u00a0in the light gray menu going across the top of page. \u00a0A list of your upcoming and previous scheduled appointments appears. Click on\u00a0<strong>BOOK NOW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request an appointment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In the Select A Calendar field from the down arrow menu click on your provider<\/li><li>Directly below the office location and map, click on an<strong>\u00a0Appointment Type<\/strong>\u00a0you are scheduling.<ul><li>If you would like to see your Audiologist about a hearing device (aid) concern, you should choose the appointment type VHC<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Please type in a short but specific reason for the appointment<\/li><li>From the Calendar field, choose your desired date; the portal will provide a list of appointment times available just to the right of the calendar.<\/li><li>Click in box next to your desired time<\/li><li>Finish request by clicking on\u00a0<strong>REQUEST APPOINTMENT<\/strong>\u00a0found on the bottom right of page.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This will create a message to our scheduling\ncoordinator. &nbsp;They will either call you to get more information or send\nyou a confirmation message back.&nbsp; Please give us 48 hours to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Sending a message to our office:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the home page of the patient portal click\non the word&nbsp;<strong>MESSAGES<\/strong>&nbsp;in the light gray menu going across the\ntop of page.&nbsp; This section works similar to all other email systems.&nbsp;\nBy picking the type of message the system will direct the message to the\ncorrect employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/aprod-sbt5.servicebus.windows.net\/EE856B30-3CD9-4DAC-9B7F-CCEE8713A080\/portal\/10313\/modules\/common\/index.html#\/login\">Patient Portal<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Requesting Appointment: You can request an appointment for Drs.
